Course books

Course participants are required to read material contained in the 4th edition of the Perspectives Study Guide and the Perspectives Reader. These books can be purchased in two different formats:

  1. Ebook (recommended). The Perspectives on the World Christian Movement – Combined Ebook is available for US$30 directly from the publisher: https://missionbooks.org/products/perspectives-on-the-world-christian-movement-combined-ebook. This Combined Ebook version contains both the Study Guide and the Reader. It is available in both Epub and Kindle formats. (Note: We strongly recommend buying directly from the publisher. The correct version is not available via Amazon’s Kindle store.)
  2. Physical books (for those who prefer physical books). Course participants can purchase the 4th Edition of the Study Guide and Reader from us for S$60.

Please note that the course books are not included in the course fee.

Free taster option and payment

Participants can treat the first two lessons as free taster lessons, with no commitment. Payment is not required until after the second week of the course.

However, if you know you would like to commit to the course, then we encourage you to pay at the start. Paying at the start provides two advantages for you:

  1. You can secure your place on the course (in case the course becomes oversubscribed due to limited room capacity); and
  2. You can collect your course books during the first lesson (if you wish to purchase the physical books from us).

When you register, please indicate whether you would like to commit to the course and pay at the start, or whether you would like to treat the first two lessons as free tasters.

Payment information will be emailed to registered participants before the course commences.
